Cancellation Policy (Formal Rephrased)
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions related to order cancellations.
1. Same-Day Orders
- Customers may select a preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. Delivery timings are not guaranteed and may vary based on operational constraints.
- If an Express (same-day) order cannot be delivered on the same date, it will be delivered on the next working day.
- No refunds are applicable during festive/peak periods including Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Holi, Rose Day, Teddy Day, Proposal Day, Hug Day, Kiss Day, Friendship Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, and New Year.
- Same-day orders are processed within 24 hours of the requested delivery slot.
2. Same-Day Delivery Timelines
- Day/evening same-day orders are accepted until 5:00 PM. Delivery is attempted but not guaranteed.
- Same-day midnight (00:00) orders are accepted until 7:00 PM. Delivery is attempted but not guaranteed.
- Delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather, strikes, riots, elections, bandhs, or heavy festive rush. Cancellation is not permitted in such cases.
- Special occasion orders must be placed at least 52 hours prior to delivery.
- Courier items are dispatched same day or within 2 working days, depending on preparation needs.
- Courier orders become non-cancellable once acknowledged or marked “Dispatched”.
- Courier delivery is tentative and generally completes within 5–7 working days.
3. Special Occasion Days
Special days include Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine’s Week, Friendship Day, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, and New Year. Orders for these days are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
During Holi, delivery may be extended to the next day due to regional shop closures.
5. Cancellation Request Timelines
- Before 24 hours of the selected slot: 20% cancellation fee, 80% bank refund. 100% wallet refund available (not valid in festive season).
- 12–24 hours before the slot: 35% cancellation fee, 65% bank refund. 100% wallet refund available (not valid in festive season).
- Within 12 hours: 100% cancellation fee, no refund.
- Refunds are issued at the company’s discretion for emergencies or unavoidable circumstances only.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Same-day delivery orders
- Same-day midnight orders
- Special occasion orders
- Orders refused by the recipient for personal reasons

Refund Policy (Formal Rephrased)
1. General Refund Conditions
- Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation Policy.
- If an order cannot be accepted due to availability or service limitations, it may be cancelled with a full refund to wallet or bank.
- Only one delivery attempt is made; recipient unavailability results in cancellation without refund.
2. Refund Initiation
- Refund is processed after customer confirms refund mode (wallet/bank) via email.
- Orders within 48 hours of delivery are refunded only to OyeGifts Wallet.
- Bank refunds may take up to 15 working days.
3. Address Change Policy
- Free before 24 hours of delivery.
- ₹250 charge if changed within 24 hours.
- If change is not feasible, order is non-refundable.
4. Pincode Refund Rules
- Incorrect pincode for non-serviceable area results in cancellation without refund.
- Change to new serviceable pincode requires paying updated delivery charges; cancellation not permitted.
5. Damaged Product Claims
- Recipient must inspect before signing.
- Damage complaints within 4 hours (courier: 6–8 hours).
- Minor cosmetic issues are not refundable.
6. Non-Delivery Considered Executed
- Wrong address, locked premises, recipient unavailable, refusal, unreachable contact, or delivery to gate/neighbor as instructed.

International Orders – Terms & Conditions
Product, Delivery & Courier Rules
- Products may vary based on local availability; equal/higher substitutions will be provided.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by ±2 days.
- Courier partners do not call recipients for address corrections.
- Once shipped, international orders cannot be changed, redirected, or cancelled.
- Cancellation charges: 10% (48 hrs prior), 20% (24–36 hrs prior), no refund within 24 hrs.
- Returned packages due to incorrect/locked/unavailable addresses are not resent; new order required.
Rakhi – India & International Terms
Rakhi Dispatch & Substitution
- Same rakhi design is shipped unless unavailable; similar/higher value replacement may be used.
- Sweets/chocolates may be substituted based on stock availability.
- Courier Rakhi deliveries typically take 5–7 working days.
- Incorrect/incomplete address returns are non-resent; new order required.
- Orders placed within 48 hours of occasion date are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

- Product images/specifications are indicative and may vary depending on stock and vendors.
- Time slots are preferences and do not guarantee exact delivery timing.
- Midnight deliveries may occur between 10 PM – 12:30 AM depending on locality.

Care Instructions for Plants
- Unpack the plant carefully and retain soil structure.
- Water immediately upon receipt as plants may dry in transit.
- OyeGifts is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.

- Dry leaves/stems are natural unless broken.
