General Policies & Service Guidelines
The following terms govern products, pricing, order acceptance, substitutions, delivery processes, payments, and post-delivery support.
All products displayed on the Website, including descriptions and prices, are subject to change from time to time based on market and operational conditions.
Purchase of any product is subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
OyeGifts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or service at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
If a product/service is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to typographical error or supplier mismatch, OyeGifts may cancel or decline the order even after confirmation.
In case payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment mode or wallet as applicable.
Product specifications such as weight, size, and colour shown on the Website are approximate and may have minor variations in actual delivery.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by OyeGifts.
An order confirmation via email/SMS/push notification does not automatically imply final acceptance of the order.
OyeGifts may accept, decline, or cancel an order (fully or partially) at any time for operational or compliance reasons.
Additional verification or information may be requested prior to acceptance.
Customers must provide accurate recipient details and complete delivery address.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer’s remedy will be either:
- Refund of the cancelled portion if already charged, or
- No charge for the cancelled portion if payment was not processed.
We accept multiple payment methods including cards, PayPal, digital wallets, loyalty points, and COD. All third-party gateways operate under their own terms and conditions.
Floral arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from the Website images. Substitution may be necessary due to temporary or regional unavailability.
Cakes are handcrafted; minor design/shape variations may occur due to individual chef styles or local bakery factors.
Where substitution is required, items of equal or higher value will be delivered, closely matching the original description.
In case of unavailability at a specific location, products may be substituted with similar items of comparable value.
During festival periods, if a selected gift is out of stock, an alternate option may be emailed. If no response is received within 24 hours, a suitable replacement will be dispatched to avoid delay.
Same-day orders are processed immediately and generally cannot be modified or cancelled.
For urgent changes, customers may contact support at +91-8010997070 (08:00–22:30, all days). Modification/cancellation is possible only if preparation or dispatch has not begun.
Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled and will be chargeable.
For all other order changes, customers must provide at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and SMS containing order details and your order number.

A Delivery Confirmation email and SMS will be sent once the order is delivered.
Flowers may be delivered in bud, semi-bloomed, or fully bloomed condition based on freshness and transit time.
Same-day delivery (standard/fixed/midnight) orders should be placed before 6:00 PM IST.
OyeGifts delivers in Express Cities, Courier Cities, and Remote Cities as per serviceability.
Requested delivery time is non-binding and depends on product availability and delivery destination.
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or political disruptions. Updates are communicated via email/SMS.
Before major occasions, customers are advised to place orders at least five days in advance.
Hand-delivered items cannot be shipped together with courier products.
For perishable items (cakes/flowers), only one delivery attempt is made. If delivery fails, the order is treated as executed and chargeable.
Orders are considered executed in cases such as wrong address, recipient unavailability, locked premises, or recipient refusal.
If the recipient is unavailable, delivery may be completed at gate/reception/neighbor as per recipient instruction.
Proof of delivery is available in case of disputes.
If no one is available to accept delivery, refunds/cancellations will not apply. Delivery may be attempted through safe alternatives (neighbor/gate/secure location) wherever feasible.
Midnight delivery is attempted between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM on the chosen delivery date.
Customers must select the delivery date one day prior to the occasion date to ensure correct midnight execution.
Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may occur within ±30 minutes of the selected time slot.
Courier orders are delivered through authorized third-party logistics partners and follow their delivery terms.
Requested delivery date is an estimate and depends on stock availability and destination.
Courier partners do not call prior to delivery; redirection is not possible once shipped.
No courier deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Courier delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, or operational constraints.
Courier partners attempt delivery twice. If returned due to wrong address or refusal, the order is considered executed and chargeable.
Required details: hospital name, full address, hospital phone number, recipient name, room/ward number.
Delivery follows hospital procedures; direct room delivery may not be permitted.
ICU patients may be restricted from receiving flowers; please confirm with the hospital before ordering.
Required details: hotel name, full address, recipient & hotel phone numbers, recipient name, room number, tour company (if applicable).
If the recipient has not checked in or has checked out, delivery may be left at reception and treated as executed without refund.
Direct delivery to bride/groom may not be assured; delivery will be made to a responsible host/representative.
Required details: premises name, full address, recipient & premises phone numbers, recipient name, room number.
Recipient may need to collect from gate/security; delivery to reception/security is treated as executed.
Delivery is available only in serviceable cities listed on the Website.
Perishable products (flowers/cakes) are sourced locally at the delivery location.
Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Recipient’s correct address and reachable contact number are mandatory.
No deliveries on national holidays; orders will be rescheduled to the next working day.
Delivery may be rescheduled due to floods, heavy rains, curfew, traffic restrictions, elections, or festivals.
Non-delivery due to customer-side issues (wrong address/unreachable number/refusal/unavailability) is considered executed and chargeable.
If identical orders are placed unintentionally, notify us immediately for cancellation before preparation.
Duplicate orders not yet prepared/delivered are eligible for full refund.
If customer is unreachable for confirmation, OyeGifts’ decision on processing duplicates will be final.
You agree to pay the product price, applicable delivery fees, and taxes at the time of order placement.
You are solely responsible for governmental taxes/duties not withheld by OyeGifts.
Payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in the Terms.
Late payments may attract interest up to 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Collection costs, legal fees, and court charges for overdue amounts may be recovered from the customer.
You consent to receive communications via email, SMS, phone calls, or postal services for service and transaction purposes.
Such electronic communications satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

Complaints for perishable items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; for non-perishables within 10 days.
Returns are not permitted. If a wrong or defective item is delivered, inform support immediately.
No refunds are applicable where delivery failure results from incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal, or improper customer handling.
Full refund for cancellations is allowed only if requested 24 hours or more prior to scheduled delivery.
If OyeGifts cannot supply the order or a suitable substitute, full payment will be reimbursed.
Online refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24 working hours, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
Offline refunds are processed after receiving bank details and may take 5–7 working days post-initiation.
Product exchanges are not supported under any circumstances.
If a product is received damaged/defective, notify support within 24 hours of receipt with photographs.
Subject to verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Refund timelines typically require 5–7 business days after initiation.
